Avni is delighted to be affiliated with the team at Benefit Personal Training, to support and enhance your wellbeing. Amelia founded Benefit Personal Training in 2004 – an elite collective of health and fitness professionals, who are now established as one of the most successful training teams in London.

Amelia is a highly experienced and qualified personal trainer. Educated at Loughborough University she achieved both a BSc and MSc in Sport Science. Her expert opinions are often featured in magazines and national newspapers.

Amelia’s twelve years in the fitness industry has given her the experience of working with a variety of clients from first time exercisers to elite athletes. Her professional, enthusiastic and friendly approach will make any client feel at ease and keep them motivated to achieve and surpass their goals.
